How We Got Here
Our story began with a simple question a client asked: was there any software that could measure people, culture, and inclusion sentiment inside an organization? At the time, there wasn’t one. So we built it.
That first idea grew into Peoplenamics™, measuring People, Process, and Power™ through real-time employee sentiment. As the world of work changed faster than ever — reshaped by a global pandemic, shifting expectations, and new ways of leading — our focus broadened from single initiatives to something bigger: belonging, opportunity, and everyday leadership.
We realized this was bigger than any one issue. It was about building better workplaces for everyone.
That realization became Workplaces Reimagined™ — bringing together years of investment in intellectual property, technology, research, and market insight into one integrated global community for leaders shaping the future of work.
